This page is maintained by BAAG to explain, in plain language, what personal data we handle and why.
When you place an order or message us we collect the details you give us: name, phone number, email address and delivery address. When you browse the site we collect basic technical data such as pages viewed and device type.
To process and deliver orders, answer your messages, handle returns, and — only if you opt in — send you drop announcements. We do not sell your data.
Card and UPI payments are processed by our checkout provider. BAAG does not store full card numbers.
We share the minimum necessary data with our e-commerce platform, payment processor, courier partners and, where you order that way, WhatsApp. Each processes it only to perform that service.
We use cookies and local storage to keep your cart, remember preferences and understand aggregate site usage. You can clear or block them in your browser; the cart will not persist if you do.
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Enquiry messages are kept while relevant and then deleted.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@baag.in and we will respond within 30 days.
