The window

Request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, free of odour and marks, with original tags attached.

How to start

Message +91 75289 65505 on WhatsApp, or use the contact page, with your order number, the piece and whether you want an exchange or a refund. We arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable.

Refunds

Once the piece is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions

Numbered collector's pieces are exchange-only. Pieces damaged through wear or washing outside the care instructions cannot be returned.

How do I exchange for another size?

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. We arrange a pickup and dispatch the replacement once the original is received.

Are numbered collector's pieces returnable?

Numbered collector's pieces can be exchanged for another size where stock allows, but are not eligible for refund.

When is my refund processed?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned piece passing inspection.
