An order is confirmed once payment is received and we send confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order if a piece is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the delivery address cannot be serviced.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. International orders may attract import duty payable by the recipient.
Delivery estimates are set out on the shipping page. Returns and exchanges are governed by the returns policy.
Garments are photographed as accurately as possible. Garment-dyed cotton varies slightly in shade between batches; this is a property of the process, not a defect.
All BAAG artwork, graphics, photography and written content are owned by BAAG and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
